Bayer Crop Science is leading pharmaceutical company where I was part of the team 'Enabling Functions' that supported Bayer under the hood through its internal tools. Our customers were our employees here.

During the foundational times, as sole UX designer, I was responsible for steering an engineered focused team into a design focused one while introducing design thinking into some applications.

What did I do?

  • At part of the foundational team, I set design directions for the team

  • Delivered design suggestions for 7+ internal platforms used by employees

  • Drafted a UX audit template specifically for enterprise applications

  • Tested applications to identify areas of improvement through structured workshops
