Newly enrolled users on Pocket52 face a knowledge gap after registration, limiting their progression into active, experienced players. From a business perspective, the key challenge is converting these new users into paid tournament participants.

The lobby plays a pivotal role in shaping the poker game experience. Therefore, various component permutations were thoughtfully explored and combined to create a personalized cash game lobby.

The product revamp made us question what information to retain and what to change. It was crucial to not completely reinvent the wheel and ideate within the product constraints.
